Phantasm Adventures: Lets roll back time to a more simple period where all role-playing games were played amongst friends and used paper, dice, and grid paper. The year was 1985, during the era of Reagan and “We Are The World“. It was a time when I could spend 12 hours a day, sitting in front of my host of friends in my bedroom talking about dragons, elves, and glorious high adventure.
Phantasm Adventures was my first fantasy Role-playing game. I used my Commodore 64 to typeset the game, and rubber cement to attach the picutres. I photocopied probably 30 of these books, which some are still floating around out there. Here is the one I kept. Last I knew there several of my old friends, gone off where ever friends from the past go, and have been told they still use it from time to time. Here is to my friends of the past!!

i got a copy of that.
NO WAY!!! I cant believe it….You are one of the few who do. There is a chance we’ve gamed together then. I played a wee halfling called Surefoot Tull in this version.
