Podcasting: GoV

Grognards of Vanguard:  Yes, I am finally going to step in front of the mic again.  After being gone more than six years, I am going to return to my roots and start a new podcast.  Instead of revisited and having the baggage of Voyages of Vanguard, I am starting a new show called the Grognards of Vanguard.  It is my hope that it will be a small little show of 15 to 20 minutes, mostly editorial but with some stories and feedback.  I would very much like to keep it down in size so I can host it here or perhaps take it somewhere else if it gets too big.

I am not going to make a big deal of this quite yet, as I have not even recorded my first show.  I do have three shows outlined already and if I just take it slow it should last me for at least a month.  I really don’t even know how many people will listen to it — maybe 10?  Maybe more — I just don’t know.  I have to do it not because it will be listened to, but because I want to do it.   I wish that the good old days of the Virginworlds could return, but sadly too many people have gone their separate ways.  That is sort of the reason why I am not returning to the Voyages of Vanguard, simply to let all the old skeletons and ghosts to just go on and finally sleep.

So stay tuned and here in a couple of weeks a show will appear here.  I will then try and get it on iTunes if I can figure that out.
